In UBF your Bible teacher tries to choose who you marry but in Jehovah witnesses you get to choose if you marry and if so whether you want to have children or want to be part of a special group of people in which you may not have children as long as you are in the group.  Jehovah witnesses actually give individual couples a greater choice over how many children they have because they do not have a individual person supervising them and telling them how many children they have but get to choose whether or not to be in this group for childless married couples or not, being unmarried is also a option.
