Don’t limit/confine yourself to the churches on this list. As noted in the beginning they are suggestions/recommendations.

When you leave UBF for a healthy church NEVER tell any current UBF person which church you go to let alone the exact location. For its bad enough that UBF sends current members to harass you and your family.
