He has decide to respond to ubfriends by sending his student Clifford Tylin Rothrock to send a letter to me. As you&#8217;ll see in the letter UBF in 2017 is no different than UBF in 1985. In fact Clifford&#8217;s letter is quite similar to Mark&#8217;s letter in UBF dialogue, insider language, and more.<\/p>\n<p><!--more(more...)--><\/p>\n<p>Here are screenshots of the commentary , corrections, etc:<\/p>\n<p><em>I pray this this finds you with Jesus love;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>By Jesus he is referring to Baik in third person. More details later.<\/p>\n<p><em>You act like you do not like us, the ministry, Msn John or myself.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is the ministry as whole and people&#8217;s actions that I didn&#8217;t like. Not the people themselves.<\/p>\n<p><em>From the beginning, you would text me with despising words<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wrong. I wasn&#8217;t like that in the beginning. I start waking up and challenging the ministry the last year I was there 2016. If I truly texted you &#8220;despising words&#8221; then please post the screenshots online. If you are not lying about that and have undisputed evidence of that you should have no problem making such information public.<\/p>\n<p><em>we texted each other and you obviously had contempt for me or the ministry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Again, if you have evidence for this do demonstrate this publicly online. That is if you didn&#8217;t make it up.<\/p>\n<p><em>You even called Msn John &#8220;old man Baik&#8221; at one point.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t recall in memory of ever doing so. If you have physical evidence for this show it. If not then this is a demonstration of Rothrock <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/what-is-gaslighting\/\">gaslighting<\/a> me in a subtle way.<\/p>\n<p><em>You have reached out to others in the ministry verbalizing your contempt for the ministry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In UBF when a longtime member stops participating in the activities and starts to question and\/or challenge the ministry they understand it as contempt. It was not out of contempt but concern. In fact at the time I had a desire to reform UBF.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><em>You have even written a blog, quite obviously showing your contempt for the ministry.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>By blog he is not only referring to my personal blog but to ubfriends.net as well. This is interesting for\u00a0when my bible teacher first found out about the blog by a current member of the church he acted all &#8220;caring&#8221; and went as far as to say quote &#8220;You must have been upset before&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0But now he and the seniors are pissed off that I made a lot of online content about them. To this day I still don&#8217;t know who betrayed me.<\/p>\n<p><em>However, on the other hand you want to be one with us and be with us. You come to have Bible study and come to worship service. So, obviously these things do not match. They are quite contrasting. This is not logical, because they do not line up, they do not match, one does not follow the other.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When things don&#8217;t go their way and you do something they don&#8217;t expect they come to have this understanding. What I want to note here is that he is using logic instead of the bible. In UBF it is\u00a0 not only frowned upon but also considered a sin to use logic so for that reason I find it interesting he admitted to using logic. What is incorrect about this statement was at the time Rothrock wrote this I already stop going to bible study.<\/p>\n<p><em>That is why at one point I asked you why do you still come?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Apparently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?rlz=1C1NHXL_enUS701US701&amp;ei=oZMDWvDuO9igjwOriZ9I&amp;q=amnesia+disorder&amp;oq=amnesia&amp;gs_l=psy-ab.1.1.0i71k1l4.0.0.0.5813.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0..0.0....0...1..64.psy-ab..0.0.0....0.WMJXXAROaDg\">amnesia<\/a> is quite prevalent in the church. For I stated several times that the reason I still went there in 2016 was in hopes to not only reform UBF but to reach out to any of the junior members who have also have concerns regarding issues in the church.<\/p>\n<p><em>But, instead of looking to yourself and seeing your problem, you try to find blame with me, or the ministry.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In other words he is saying that the church [El Camino UBF] was never at fault and that it&#8217;s just me. Yet, they would have secret meeting and even <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/shepherds-church-gardena-el-camino-ubf-what-actual-happened-on-sept-12-2016\/\">threaten members<\/a>. Inthe biblical it is ok at times to challenge Christian leaders. Hereare two biblical examples:<\/p>\n<p>Nathan confronted King David<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"passage-display\"><span class=\"passage-display-bcv\">2 Samuel 12:1-13\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"passage-display-version\">New International Version (NIV)<\/span><\/h1>\n<h3><span id=\"en-NIV-8288\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-1\">Nathan Rebukes David<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"chapter-2\"><span class=\"text 2Sam-12-1\"><span class=\"chapternum\">12\u00a0<\/span>The\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0sent Nathan\u00a0to David.\u00a0When he came to him,\u00a0he said, \u201cThere were two men in a certain town, one rich and the other poor.<\/span><span id=\"en-NIV-8289\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-2\"><sup class=\"versenum\">2\u00a0<\/sup>The rich man had a very large number of sheep and cattle,<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8290\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup>but the poor man had nothing except one little ewe lamb he had bought. He raised it, and it grew up with him and his children. It shared his food, drank from his cup and even slept in his arms. It was like a daughter to him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-8291\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cNow a traveler came to the rich man, but the rich man refrained from taking one of his own sheep or cattle to prepare a meal for the traveler who had come to him. Instead, he took the ewe lamb that belonged to the poor man and prepared it for the one who had come to him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-8292\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5\u00a0<\/sup>David\u00a0burned with anger\u00a0against the man\u00a0and said to Nathan, \u201cAs surely as the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0lives,\u00a0the man who did this must die!<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8293\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6\u00a0<\/sup>He must pay for that lamb four times over,\u00a0because he did such a thing and had no pity.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-8294\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-7\"><sup class=\"versenum\">7\u00a0<\/sup>Then Nathan said to David, \u201cYou are the man!\u00a0This is what the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>, the God of Israel, says: \u2018I anointed\u00a0you\u00a0king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8295\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-8\"><sup class=\"versenum\">8\u00a0<\/sup>I gave your master\u2019s house to you,\u00a0and your master\u2019s wives into your arms. I gave you all Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8296\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-9\"><sup class=\"versenum\">9\u00a0<\/sup>Why did you despise\u00a0the word of the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down\u00a0Uriah\u00a0the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed\u00a0him with the sword of the Ammonites.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8297\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-10\"><sup class=\"versenum\">10\u00a0<\/sup>Now, therefore, the sword\u00a0will never depart from your house, because you despised me and took the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your own.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-8298\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-11\"><sup class=\"versenum\">11\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThis is what the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0says: \u2018Out of your own household\u00a0I am going to bring calamity on you.\u00a0Before your very eyes I will take your wives and give them to one who is close to you, and he will sleep with your wives in broad daylight.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-8299\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-12\"><sup class=\"versenum\">12\u00a0<\/sup>You did it in secret,\u00a0but I will do this thing in broad daylight\u00a0before all Israel.\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NIV-8300\" class=\"text 2Sam-12-13\"><sup class=\"versenum\">13\u00a0<\/sup>Then David said to Nathan, \u201cI have sinned\u00a0against the\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text 2Sam-12-13\">Nathan replied, \u201cThe\u00a0<span class=\"small-caps\">Lord<\/span>\u00a0has taken away\u00a0your sin.\u00a0You are not going to die.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=2+Samuel+12%3A1-13&amp;version=NIV\">https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=2+Samuel+12%3A1-13&amp;version=NIV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>King David was actual Nathan&#8217;s superior. Yet as you can see in the passage God doesn&#8217;t just speak to only &#8216;Seniors&#8217; and missionary but also to those who are &#8216;little children&#8217; basically those who are lower ranked. Did Nathan ever get punished for challenging God&#8217;s anointed? No.<\/p>\n<p>Peter and the disciples challenged the Teachers of the law of Moses<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"passage-display\"><span class=\"passage-display-bcv\">Acts 4 and Acts 5;17-42\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"passage-display-version\">New International Version (NIV)<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Acts 4<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"en-NIV-27024\" class=\"text Acts-4-1\">Peter and John Before the Sanhedrin<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"chapter-1\"><span class=\"text Acts-4-1\"><span class=\"chapternum\">4\u00a0<\/span>The priests and the captain of the temple guard\u00a0and the Sadduceescame up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people.<\/span><span id=\"en-NIV-27025\" class=\"text Acts-4-2\"><sup class=\"versenum\">2\u00a0<\/sup>They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-27026\" class=\"text Acts-4-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup>They seized Peter and John and, because it was evening, they put them in jail\u00a0until the next day.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\"en-NIV-27027\" class=\"text Acts-4-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup>But many who heard the message believed; No<\/p>\n<p>In both examples in the bible the disciples and Nathan were by definition rebellious and challenge someone that had a higher rank than them. It is ok to challenge Christian leaders as long as it is accordance to the bible and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n<p><em>You have a demon problem.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>UBF&#8217;s definition of demon possession is different from the bible&#8217;s defintion of demon possession. UBF&#8217;s definition of demon possession which Rothrock refers to is this:<\/p>\n<p>Someone who leaves the &#8220;mission&#8221; and\/or doesn&#8217;t get along with the program. By the latter I mean someone who doesn&#8217;t believe in their dogma and participate in their activities.<\/p>\n<p>That alone is not only just based on logic but the only justification to be called demon possessed despite the fact that I have never done the following to any of the members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cause illness<\/li>\n<li>make performances such as magic<\/li>\n<li>cause physical deformities<\/li>\n<li>cause alienation<\/li>\n<li>physical hurt others<\/li>\n<li>scream<\/li>\n<li>act violently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>You know that God is working among us and is with us.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Basically he is saying that God is with them even when they<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/shepherds-church-gardena-el-camino-ubf-what-actual-happened-on-sept-12-2016\/\">threaten people<\/a><\/li>\n<li>willing to <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/about-the-el-camino-ubf-chapter-shepherds-church\/\">sue people<\/a><\/li>\n<li>committing immoral acts like abandoning children in the car (Rothrock has done this)<\/li>\n<li>deliberately <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/shepherds-church-gardena-el-camino-ubf-chapter-the-seniors-and-the-chapter-director-are-liars\/\">lie<\/a> to people<\/li>\n<li>betray people<\/li>\n<li>conduct <a href=\"https:\/\/ubfisacult.blogspot.com\/2017\/05\/el-camino-ubf-shepherds-church-is-john.html\">heavy surveillance<\/a>\u00a0on members<\/li>\n<li>leave their own members homeless<\/li>\n<li>have <a href=\"https:\/\/agentd33.blogspot.com\/2017\/03\/shepherds-church-csulb-el-camino-ubf.html\">double standards<\/a><\/li>\n<li>send people to the student&#8217;s house to harass them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>So, demons are trying to destroy you and the ministry using your contempt and negative attitude.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here is an example of subtle <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/the-subtle-power-of-spiritual-abuse-recognizing-and-escaping-spiritual-manipulation-and-false-spiritual-authority-within-the-church\/\">spiritual abuse<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Remember Genesis: Satan came to destroy Gods work, and uses our way of thinking and emotions and mistrust and attitude etc. But if anything builds up your relationship with God, then it is from God. Anything that \u00a0destroys your relationship with God is from the evil one.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is the only time he uses the bible. This is a reference to Genesis 3.<\/p>\n<p><em>You are being used by these demons.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As I showed earlier Rothrock has no biblical proof that I&#8217;m demon possessed. If this biblically true true they why not conduct exorcism? The reason is because the ministry doesn&#8217;t believe in exorcism. From an insider&#8217;s perspective their understanding of curing demons is by just basically feeding students theology via bible study. This doesn&#8217;t make sense. If a doctor just tells the patient info on a disease that doesn&#8217;t cure the patient. The doctor has to do an examination of the patient and prescribe treatment or medication. So for demon possessed people they don&#8217;t need just theology but an exorcism.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0if you come to Jesus He will free you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The insider&#8217;s perspective is that if you submit\/come to your human shepherd then your are coming to Jesus. But in reality when one solely focuses on this application alone the human shepherd takes the place of God thus resulting in idolatry. Here Rothrock is referring to himself as Jesus in third person.<\/p>\n<p><em>you can truly be one with us in Jesus.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>From insider&#8217;s POV it is by submitting to the &#8220;shepherd&#8221; and participating with the ministry in all of their activities. What this actual means is that he wants me to be a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.christianitytoday.com\/women\/2014\/january\/god-doesnt-want-christian-clones.html\">clone.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Then your desires will match<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here he is indirect referencing the <a href=\"http:\/\/ubfriends.net\/more-on-the-shepherdingdiscipling-movement\/\">shepherding movement<\/a> whose desire is to fulfill the great commission by solely focuses on young people like college students.
