Christian Theology Series– Introduction
Hello Everyone. I am happy to announce the new article series for everyone and ubfriends. But before I dive in I want to make several things very clear.
A genuine apology from a REAL missionary
Peter (Man-Suk) Chang, former chapter director of Columbus UBF chapter wrote the following apology to Jim Bouldin and several others. Chang not only took the first practical step towards repentance but he also practically went beyond that with guidance from the Holy Spirit.
The History of the German UBF reform movement [English Translation]
Cause, course and perspective of the reform movement in UBF Germany
M. Stephan Choe (Bochum), December 2000
“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14)
We call our efforts a “reform”, indeed a “reformation” of the UBF, because we are not striving for a superficial improvement, but rather to return to the Bible and Jesus Christ correctly. That is why it has become necessary to bring the true causes of this movement into the light and to enter the right path to reform. We ask God, through His Holy Spirit, to direct and bless our further reform work on the right path and in the right direction.
I would mention two biblical words that should characterize our reform movement: truth and grace. Jesus is full of grace and truth. His truth and his grace may determine this work of reform.
Die Geschichte der deutschen UBF-Reformbewegung [Original German Language]
Ursache, Verlauf und Perspektive der Reformbewegung in UBF Deutschland
- Stephan Choe (Bochum), Dezember 2000
