Regarding legality El Camino UBF will most likely not carry out any action for a few reasons:

  • Eric gave these same audio files to Sarah Baik
  • The seniors and John Baik are very legalistic so they don’t want to miss a Sunday
  • John Baik doesn’t want to draw attention to himself

And even if he does try to take action it will be difficult for him to do so for all of the seniors and Baik are in the recording. On top of that small court cases take a week including Sunday so not all of the Seniors are going to show up to the courthouse.

Even if John Baik picks one senior to go to the courthouse it will cause church members to raise questions for they have never seen a senior skip worship service ever.

 

Me, Eric, Wikigoat, and others are willing to go through a lawsuit. So this site will not shut down.
