This week’s message from Toledo UBF left me so empty that I felt as if I was walking down a cold dark street in the middle of the night.

The Toledo UBF “message quality” dropped significantly this past Sunday.

This week’s message contained quite a few improvements to note. While I think there are still many areas for improvement, I’ll focus on the positive in this review.
